Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email thank you confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 7 business days to be processed and shipped especially during the holidays. All body oils are made to order and take up to 48 hours to cure and package.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We appreciate your understanding and patience based on our shipping capacity.

Shipping Costs

United States:

Standard shipping (3-5 business day transit) on all orders less than $50 before taxes and shipping is $5.95 and free for all orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

Priority shipping is $15 for USPS orders based on weight. Orders placed weekdays before 11:00 A.M. MST / 2:00 P.M. MST will be processed accordingly. Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. PST / 2:00 P.M. EST or on weekends or holidays will be prepared and shipped the following within 2-3 day. Please note that order processing may take up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed.



Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

For US returns:

  1. Please contact us via email, enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned and click “Start A Return.” Please email info@gemscents.com with your order number to initiate a return. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back. If you have any further questions, please email info@gemscents.com.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns of used products, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. Returns are not allowed on any  sale items.


We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
